Orders can be placed by e-mail, phone, fax, web-site, or mail to our Sales Department. Jotto Desk seeks to maintain a stable price list; however, prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms, Domestic Shipments: Most major credit cards, checks in advance, COD and cashiers check accepted. Only credit card orders are processed through the internet at this time. Terms of Net 30 days available, upon approval. Please contact your sales manager for questions.
International Shipments: All orders will be shipped FOB Rogers, Arkansas, on a prepaid basis in US dollars. Orders will be processed and shipped after payment is received. Payment will be accepted with checks drawn on U.S. Bank, wire transfer and money order. Most major credit cards accepted.
Freight: All prices are FOB Rogers, Arkansas, warehouse. Shipments will be sent by ground transportation unless otherwise requested or authorized by the buyer. Shortage or Damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt or freight bill. Claims must be filled with carrier without delay. Claims for concealed loss or damage must also be handled immediately upon discovery. While we do not assume responsibility for such claims, we will assist in obtaining settlement with the freight company. Claims for incorrect shipments must be received in our office within 7 days of the shipment date as mentioned on the freight bill.
Taxes/Duties: Prices do not include state or local taxes. All International duties, taxes and port charges are the buyers responsibilities.
Returned Goods: Items may be returned upon issue of a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Merchandise returned without a RMA number will delay processing of the credit . All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid to Jotto Desk. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days after issue. Call for RMA number. You are responsible for returning the product in good condition. The value of damaged parts will be deducted from the credit to be issued.
Restocking Fee: Refused or returned merchandise may be charged a 15% + restocking fee which will be charged to your account. All returns must be sent in the original sealed cartons only.

Warranty Information: We warrant our products for a limited one year from the retail sale invoice date. Such warranty is extended to the end user of the product only. Only new products are covered. The remedies for a defect in material or workmanship are limited to the repair or replacement of any non-conforming product. Jotto Desk™ will repair or replace, without charge, any Jotto Desk™ product that does not conform to its warranty - only if a Reseller or an original end user gives us notice of a defect in material or workmanship within the warranty time period. The replacement product may be a refurbished item, but in like new condition.
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee: Jotto Desk offers you a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee. Should you choose to return a product for whatever reason, you may do so within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product, less freight. You are responsible for the freight to return product and a potential re-stock fee due to damage that may be present upon receipt/inspection. Please take care when packaging for return to ensure damage does not occur.
